Adora Swim, founded by Lucy Evans and Sara Johansen, had been running for 2 years, generating small numbers of profit as they planned how they wanted to grow their brand. Once decided, and once readied with an incredibly strong arsenal of campaign content, Adora Swim approached Haslo to work with them to scale the brand with a pure-growth aim. We had two targets - the first, to successfully and profitably grow the business through the peak summer season so profits could be reinvested. The second target, was to tackle the 'off-season' issues that a seasonable item such as swimwear can bring.
Not only did we see back to back record breaking months throughout the summer, both November and December exceeded Summer performance, as we aggressively tested locations, audiences and creative in order to find the sweet spot in revenue generation. Adora Swim have now entered 2024 looking to become an even bigger name in the Luxury Swimwear space, with the drop of their 'SOMMERFUGL EFFEKT' SS24 campaign.
